RETURNS
Items purchased are for final sale. Should you receive an item that is damaged due to delivery transit, please contact us immediately (same day of receiving order) with a photo of the product and we will come to an agreement to ensure you receive your order in the manner as expected. Please send your inquiry and photo to [email protected]. Only emailed issues of this sort will be responded to.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
For t-shirts and custom mugs please allow 7 business days for processing; delivery time does not include weekends, or holidays. As soon as your order is ready for shipping an email confirmation will be provided with your order!
OTHER APPLIED CONDITIONS
- All items are final sale considering hygiene and the safety of all customers.
- NO CHANGES can be made once an order has been placed.
- A Golden Heart is not held liable for lost or stolen packages once an order has been shipped and in the care of the shipping courier. Please contact the courier and provide them your tracking number for updates of your package.
